Shipping information

We use flat rates depending on what country the goods are shipped to. If there are one or several axes in the order, it will be sent with courier. If the order only consist of a sharpening stone, it will be sent as a letter.

Sweden - Letter 50 SEK, courier 100 SEK.

Europe - Letter 100 SEK, courier 225 SEK.

Rest of the world - Letter 100 SEK, courier 350 SEK.

When shipping to countries outside EU, there can be additional costs for import, VAT and customs. These fees are not issued by Kalthoff Axes and is paid by the buyer. Examples of countries are Norway, Schweiz, United Kingdom, USA.

We take responsibility for damaged or lost goods. If the goods are damaged during the shipment, take photos of the damaged goods after receiving it and send to us for assistance. If not receiving the goods within reasonable time, contact us for assistance.

Easy returns & exchanges

It is important to us that you are happy with your axe. Kalthoff Axes offer 90 days withdrawal period. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, inform us and let us know why. The product should be unused and in intact packaging. The customer pays shipping cost for returns. Return the goods to:

Repayment of received and approved goods is executed within 14 days to the card that was used for the purchase.
